Will Northern – Team BSG

willnorthern

William Northern was born in Cincinnati, OH. Being born to a young, single mother, William’s childhood started out rough. When he was 6 years old his stepfather, Everett, came into his life and raised him as his own. William gives credit to him, as well as faith, for helping him become the person he is today.

Although William moved around a lot as a child, Bethel, Ohio is where he eventually called home. He graduated from Bethel-Tate High School in 2004. Three years afterward, he married his wife Sara and in July of 2008 they welcomed their first daugther, Elli. Shortly after, in 2009, they welcomed their second daughter, Madeline.

After becoming interested in MMA, William started training with Team G-Force headed by Ron Gabelman. When G-Force was no longer, William followed Coach Gabelman to the Big Show Gym, where he now trains about 4 nights a week. Although MMA is a huge part of his life, his family will always be his number one priority, with his love for MMA following shortly after.

William fights at 185 with an amateur record of 4-2.
